My home appraised for 155,000 with a convential appraiser &143,000 through an FHA appraiser. Why a difference?

Trying to refinance my home- need an FHA loan because our Loan to Value is over 90%. Conventional appraisal came back at 155,000 and the FHA appraisal came back at 143,500. Why is there such a large difference?
